Your AI is learning from your people. But who keeps the knowledge?

Every prompt, every correction, every preference teaches your AI vendor how your organization thinks. They keep that learning. You don't.

Observation

We've been running a human-AI operation since 2017 — long before 'human in the loop' was a buzzword.

What we've noticed is this: every time an organization delegates cognitive work to AI, two things happen. They get a useful output. And something leaves the building.

Decision patterns. Preferences. Process knowledge. Relationship context. It flows into systems the organization doesn't own, can't inspect, and can't take with them.

We call this competency leakage. And we believe it's the biggest unnoticed risk in how organizations adopt AI today.

We're building something about this. More soon.
